MAIL IN REGISTRATION

For the mail in registration


1) Download the convention flyer.

You can Right-Click and "Save Target As" for the Flyer
to a local folder on your disk.

2) Open it (with a PDF Viewer), print it, and fill out the registration form.


3) Enclose a check or money order for
the full amount made out to:

3) Postal mail it to this address:

4 ) The Convention Registration Committee will postal mail
a confirmation card to your address.

Hotel Reservations at the Raddison are not part of any of the registration packages. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations.

Room rates are $99 for single, double, triple and quad.

The cut-off date for the convention room rate is Friday July 18, 2008.
After that date the rate will be $149 per night and
reservations will be subject to availability.
One room night will be charged as a deposit.

Online Hotel Room Reservation is forthcoming.
For now, you must call the hotel by phone to reserve a room.
Their number is 800-333-3333. Make sure to reference "GSACNA" to get the convention room rates.
